When you subscribe voluntarily, we store your email address, preferred language, consent and subscription timestamps, subscription source, and subscription status.
How the information is used
The information is used only for Where It Unfolds updates: opening announcements, new stories and ideas, book and platform progress, invitations, and future opportunities.
Consent and withdrawal
Processing is based on your explicit consent. You may unsubscribe at any time. After withdrawal, your status changes to unsubscribed and the consent record is retained to honour and document your choice.
Storage and access
Information is held in the site's private database. It is not published, used to create paid Membership, or sold. Access to the subscriber list is restricted to the project owner.
Your choice
Before email campaigns begin, the Unsubscribe link is the primary way to withdraw. An additional channel for access or correction requests will be published before campaigns launch.
